Conseil Ex\u00e9cutif prend les d\u00e9cisions pendant la premi\u00e8re semaine, puis la Cour Supr\u00eame du Peuple Souverain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>R\u00f4le Commission D\u00e9partementale :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MISSION : Mandat imp\u00e9ratif d\u2019appliquer le Programme<\/li>\n<li>VOTE : Les d\u00e9cisions sont prises \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9 de 67%<\/li>\n<li>AUDITS : Chaque Commission D\u00e9partementale dans sa sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 recueille les donn\u00e9es en coordination avec la Commission d\u2019Audit D\u00e9partementale, laquelle transmet ses rapports \u00e0 la Commission d\u2019Audit Nationale<\/li>\n<li>PROPOSITIONS : Chaque Commission D\u00e9partementale propose \u00e0 sa Commission Nationale des mesures adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 son d\u00e9partement et \u00e0 sa population<\/li>\n<li>VEILLE : Chaque membre des Commissions D\u00e9partementales veille \u00e0 l\u2019application par l\u2019administration, des d\u00e9cisions prises au niveau national, et avertit le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant le Conseil des Gardiens de la Souverainet\u00e9 du Peuple<\/li>\n<li>IDEES : Chaque commission dispose d\u2019une boite aux lettres, pour recueillir toutes informations ou r\u00e9flexions, propos\u00e9es par les autres commissions ou par tout fran\u00e7ais<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>R\u00f4le Commissions Nationales :<\/p>\n<p>MISSION : Mandat imp\u00e9ratif d\u2019appliquer le Programme, dans le respect de la d\u00e9claration des Droits de l\u2019Homme de 1789<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>VOTE : Les d\u00e9cisions sont prises \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9 de 67%<\/li>\n<li>LEGISLATIF : Chaque commission dans sa sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9, pr\u00e9pare et adopte les lois pour permettre l\u2019application du Programme de la Transition, en fonction des besoins exprim\u00e9s par les Commissions D\u00e9partementales, afin de les faire appliquer par le Conseil Ex\u00e9cutif<\/li>\n<li>REFONTE DU DROIT: Afin de sortir du labyrinthe juridique, chaque commission dans sa sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9, \u00e9tudie et \u00e9labore de nouvelles r\u00e8gles pour simplifier le droit<\/li>\n<li>COMMISSION AUDIT : Il faut \u00e9valuer l\u2019\u00e9tat financier de la nation ainsi que son patrimoine, quantifier les d\u00e9tournements et gaspillages, pour redresser le pays, afin de faire valoir ce que de droit et rendre ainsi justice au peuple de France<\/li>\n<li>COMMISSION CONSTITUANTE : Pour sortir de la Transition, le peuple doit adopter sa nouvelle constitution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>R\u00f4le Conseil Ex\u00e9cutif :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PORTE-PAROLES DU PEUPLE : Faire ex\u00e9cuter par l\u2019administration, les d\u00e9cisions prises par les Commissions Nationales du peuple<\/li>\n<li>REPRESENTE LA FRANCE : Dans les relations internationales et au plan national<\/li>\n<li>ORGANISE L\u2019ADMINISTRATION : Assure la s\u00e9paration des pouvoirs<\/li>\n<li>REGLEMENTAIRE : Pr\u00e9pare les r\u00e8glementations administratives pour application des lois adopt\u00e9es par les Commissions Nationales<\/li>\n<li>URGENCES : En cas d\u2019urgence nationale ou internationale, le Conseil Ex\u00e9cutif prend les d\u00e9cisions pendant la premi\u00e8re semaine, puis la Cour Supr\u00eame du Peuple Souverain prend le relais pour proposer des actions et valider celles d\u00e9j\u00e0 prises<\/li>\n<li>REFORME<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les r\u00e9gimes d\u00e9mocratiques sont organis\u00e9s selon le principe de la s\u00e9paration des pouvoirs l\u00e9gislatif, ex\u00e9cutif et judiciaire afin d\u2019\u00e9viter leur concentration entre les mains d\u2019une seule personne.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f4le du Conseil des Gardiens de la Souverainet\u00e9 du Peuple (CGSP)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Convoque la Cour Supr\u00eame pour statuer en cas de arbitrage dans les Commissions, ou en cas de questions d\u2019ordre national ou hors programme<\/li>\n<li>Gardien de l\u2019esprit et du Programme de la Transition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Les grandes orientations du programme de la Transition<\/p>\n<p>LE PROGRAMME DE LA TRANSITION<br \/>\nQU&rsquo;EST-CE QUE C&rsquo;EST ?<br \/>\n&#8211; c&rsquo;est engager imm\u00e9diatement des actions \u00e0 valider tr\u00e8s rapidement par des experts comp\u00e9tents pour redresser la France au plus vite<br \/>\n&#8211; c&rsquo;est faire le bilan de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat dans lequel les politiciens ont laiss\u00e9 la France<br \/>\n&#8211; c&rsquo;est r\u00e9-informer et informer les Fran\u00e7ais de fa\u00e7on totalement transparente \u00e0 tous les niveaux : \u00ab La v\u00e9rit\u00e9 est la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 \u00bb (Mahatma Ghandi)<br \/>\n&#8211; c&rsquo;est viser l&rsquo;id\u00e9al propos\u00e9 dans ce Programme de la Transition en fonction des moyens que les Fran\u00e7ais auront d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre en oeuvre<\/p>\n<p>O\u00d9 ?<br \/>\n&#8211; ce Programme est d\u00e9di\u00e9 au territoire de la France de m\u00e9tropole et des outre-mer et peut aussi avoir valeur d&rsquo;exemple \u00e0 l&rsquo;international<\/p>\n<p>QUI EN SONT LES ACTEURS ?<br \/>\n&#8211; un tiers de Fran\u00e7ais volontaires et un tiers de Professionnels actifs choisis par tirage au sort s\u00e9curis\u00e9, choisissant eux-m\u00eames un tiers de sachants, exer\u00e7ant ensemble la souverainet\u00e9 nationale, prenant les d\u00e9cisions \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9 de 67%, avec le mandat imp\u00e9ratif d&rsquo;appliquer le Programme de la Transition<\/p>\n<p>POURQUOI ?<br \/>\n&#8211; pour remplacer toute repr\u00e9sentation \u00ab politicienne \u00bb par la souverainet\u00e9 des Fran\u00e7ais<br \/>\n&#8211; parce que ce Programme de la Transition est un engagement de respect du \u00ab bien commun \u00bb vis-\u00e0-vis tous les Fran\u00e7ais<br \/>\n&#8211; pour \u00eatre s\u00fbr de permettre aux Fran\u00e7ais de choisir sereinement leur futur mode de gouvernance dans le cadre d&rsquo;un changement de paradigme<\/p>\n<p>COMMENT ?<br \/>\n&#8211; en utilisant l&rsquo;intelligence collective humaine dont les Commissions du CNT canal historique ont prouv\u00e9 l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; en veillant au respect scrupuleux de ce Programme de la
